Condenser Waterboxes, Heat Exchanger Channel Heads, and Circulating
Water Piping Tunnels Constructed of Carbon Steel:
The Plastocor,® Inc. system for carbon steel structures consists
of a high performance, 100% solids epoxy liner installed from 40
to 125 mils in thickness. The thicker applications are supplied where
rebuilding of corroded surfaces is required or where a "bullet
proof" lining is required.
Condenser Waterboxes and Circulating Water Piping Constructed of
Cast Iron:
The restoration of severely corroded cast iron is one of our specialties.
Special procedures have been established for the degraphitization,
decontamination, fairing, patching, and lining of cast iron structures.
Circulation Water Piping and Tunnels Constructed
of Concrete:
We will supply and apply special products for the
decontamination, sealing,
and rebuilding patching of concrete prior to the application of a
high performance epoxy liner. Advanced products and procedures are
employed for crack repair and treatment of other seams. Detailed
recommendations and specifications for all Plastocor,® Inc. products
